A basement with 6-foot ceilings isn't a livable room, it's a place you duck through on the way to the laundry. Underpinning lowers the entire floor level, section by section, to give you the height a finished space actually needs.

It's the most involved basement service we offer, and also the most permanent fix for a low-ceiling problem that no amount of finishing can solve on its own.
